Mission Statement
Our goal is to help one another live a healthy lifestyle by bringing people together for events, entertainment, and other happenings in a social network format.
Must have like-minded attitude living a healthy lifestyle through conscious living. We ask that SoberComfort maintain
a spiritual, but non-denominational status.
We are 'charity driven'. It is important to keep our children's
awareness alive about the dangers of alcohol and drugs. SoberComfort can provide this awareness through audible
and visual props via the school systems. We have a great group of qualified individuals willing to share their expertise
-but we need to get there, stand there, and stay there among the children.
It is important, too, that our children have plenty of activities
in their communities illustrated through sports clubs and projects that involve them mentally and physically.
Another
area that needs vital attention in our children's lives is- their voice, a "Childs Voice" needs to
be heard. Children need to know that their opinions matter and that we, as a community, want to hear them. In matters
of the heart, family and community, children need to be heard!
Let us never forget as we go through this never ending journey
to always encourage our children to have "a voice" where their lives are affected and empower our
youth to "stand out" not just "fit in".
With that said, let this
be our Mission Statement.
